- Members receive 10% discount on all public rates when booking online at rotanarewards.com
and free cancellation without charge until 14:00 on day of arrival for Member Rates. - Members enjoy a late check-out up to 16:00 or 24-hour check-in check-out (based on membership status).
- Members receive VIP amenities at all Rotana properties, excluding Centro.
- Members can use Rotana’s smartphone app to book preferred rates and access membership profile.
- Members receive 2 Points for every AED 1 spent (8 Points for every USD 1 spent or equivalent in local currency) while dining or staying at Rotana properties. Points are also earned for using facilities such as telephone, laundry and room service (excluding local fees and service charges).
- Members earn Points & Miles with one of Rotana’s airline partners through the Rotana “Double Earning” benefit, while staying at Rotana. Points will be credited to your account within five business days.
