All perfect I was very happy at this hotel just the food at salt & paper was not very good , same breakfast every morning and not to much to choose for European people and not to much space at the pool if you not going at 8am to take a seat after 8:30am not space

The staff are very helpful and polite. we selected a room with a creek view in the corner, which has windows on two sides(walls), the view was amazing. I enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful hotel close to the airport. Amazing staff and service and made our short layover perfect. We will be back

hello I am glad that I had the opportunity to stay in your hotel. This is my first visit to Dubai, of which the hotel was of great importance for my stay. First I want to start by thanking Kshitij and Tapas, these are the people who work at the pool bar, always smiling and ready to predispose customers to greater comfort. These are the people who demand the most time with the guests and definitely, this makes their work quite difficult. The restaurants and the food is great, of quite good quality. Regarding the quality of the material base, it is quite critical, I think you have to work a lot.

I throuly enjoyed my stay in there, staff are really helpful. Food are really delicious and lots of variety. Totally I enjoyed my holiday. I really come and stay again.

I commend all personnel for their dedication to perform a good job. I was really surprise to see how the personnel were courteous, kind and helpful each time the needs arised. Here is my testimony: On the day of our departure, we arrived at the airport and realized that we forget my wife respiratory machine at the concierge. We were desperate as we did know how to communicate with the hotel. While at the Emirates checking desk, we saw one the concierge personnel running towards us with the machine in his hand. What a surprise!!!!!. It was unbelievable and we will never forget it. Such employees need to be appreciate for the good job they are doing. See you next year. Inch Allah..
